Payment Terms and Refund Policy

• A completed behaviour assessment form is required to be signed by the client and returned to Time to Paws Behaviour Consulting before any work or assessment is carried out - by signing and returning the behaviour form the client is agreeing to all of the terms and conditions  listed below

• In the event that the client does not have access to a printer or scanner to be able to return the behaviour form then an email to confirm that the client is accepting all of the following terms is required to be sent to CLRoberts0813@gmail.com

Payments

1. All payments are required to be made in full before any work is carried at the absolute latest 48hours before the agreed booking date
2. Time to Paws Behaviour Consulting may charge a £125.00 non-refundable deposit if the booking is made more than 2 weeks in advance of the assessment
3. Hourly fees are £65 per hour; A full report cost is £75.00, travel costs are £35 at present though this may be increased if fuel costs go up; follow up fee is £55 - no part of the assessment fee will be refunded unless the complete assessment is cancelled before the agreed date of the assessment
4. Should a scheduled assessment or booking be cancelled by the client at short notice (under the 48hours)then a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged to the client on return of any outstanding balance due back to the client
5. All payments are to be made by bank transfer ONLY, the bank details are on the invoice itself

Rescue/Surrendering the dog

1. If the client or Time to Paws Behaviour Consulting deem that it is in the dog's best interest to go to a rescue (rehabilitation or otherwise) a surrender form will be required to be completed by the client - this may be from the rescue direct or from Time to Paws Behaviour Consulting
2. Should the client be surrendering the dog and require the dog to be placed in rescue then an assistance fee of £150 will be charged for this, £50 of that fee will go to the rescue direct or used to pay for transportation of the dog to the rescue
3. Time to Paws Behaviour Consulting will assist in arranging transportation of the dog for the client and forward any payment over to the transporter directly
4. The client confirms that they consent to the relevant information about them, the dog and the assessment being passed over to any potential rescue facility to help to secure their dog a space in rescue (this could be emergency boarding, foster or kennels)

Refunds

1. No refund will be given for any work that has already been completed/carried out
2. Any intensive program sessions are offered at a discounted rate, should these sessions not continue, by request or agreement by either party, no refund of the assessment fee or intensive sessions will be given
3. The follow up is for the client to come back to arrange with Time to Paws Behaviour Consulting (when they have gone through the report and additional information sent to them) not vice versa
4. If the follow up does not get carried out for any reason - the client has the right to request the refund of the cost of the follow up
5. The follow up should be arranged within 3 months at the latest of original assessment after this point the follow up cost will NOT be refunded
6. If the follow up is not booked within 6 months of the original assessment then the assessment may need to be re-done
7. If the follow up is not booked within a year of the original assessment then a full assessment will need to be carried out again and will incur the full cost of an assessment to be paid again
